Yes, they close at 7pm… and they still provided great customer service even they wanted to go home already… Even when my tires have low pressure, they fix for me for free. They were glad helping me without any charge. One time I had a problem with my lights that it wouldn’t turn off manually after oil change, and it was around 6: 50pm. What can you do when you love your car so much and want to provide it longer life and safer drive? It is worth any pennies, even it gets expensive.
I don’t understand why people give less than four stars here? Both of my husband and I love coming here for maintenance, oil change and almost every problem with my car… at the same time, always scare to come here because they have great sales people here to convince you to get this and that, and we always end up paying almost $ 300 every time. UPDATE: after making a claim with the corporate office, I was given a refund.
Again, I don’t drive crazy distances and don’t go off roading in my Prius, so there’s a. I take it back, and the «manager» had told me that he couldn’t do much other than giving me a «free oil change» to fix the problem. So luckily my mom was home, used her car to go to autozone and get more oil so I could make it safely back with oil in my car this time. So went to go check the oil dipstick, and it was bone dry. What the hell?! How is that possible when I JUST got it changed and I don’t drive crazy miles. Fast forward three weeks later my 2012 Prius is telling me that my oil pressure is low. Well when it was time for me to get my oil change, I figure why not go to a jiffy lube that’s right near my gym.
